❤️ Quarterly Ceremony Giveaway — Friendly Guidelines

We want this giveaway to feel fun, fair, and supportive for every couple who enters. Here’s everything you need to know — written in real human language, not legal jargon. 😊

1. Location & Travel

Our free ceremony giveaway is valid for weddings within 39 miles of metro-Denver.
If your ceremony is farther than that, a standard travel fee applies — but you’re still absolutely welcome to enter!

2. Who Your Officiant Will Be

Your ceremony will be performed by an officiant from our Elevate team.
Most often, that’s our owner and lead officiant Denise O’Malley, but depending on availability, another Elevate officiant may be assigned.

3. Can We Upgrade?

Yes! You can choose to upgrade from the giveaway package (Just Marry Us Please – a short & simple basic ceremony about 10 minutes long) to our Elevate Wedding Ceremony package (totally custom and personalized, about 20 minutes long).
The upgrade includes:

  • A consultation
  • Custom ceremony
  • And your choice of officiant from our team
  • (Upgrade is optional — totally up to you!)

4. When It Must Be Used

The giveaway must be claimed and redeemed within 12 months from the date you win.
Your wedding date can be later, as long as the booking happens within that window.

5. Can We Give It to Someone Else?

Maybe — the prize can be transferable under certain circumstances. Contact us.

6. No Cash Value

This giveaway is for officiant services only.
It isn’t redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds.

7. What’s Included in the Free Ceremony

The giveaway covers our Just Marry Us Please ceremony, which includes:

  • A simple, heartfelt ceremony
  • Performance of the ceremony
  • Signing and filing of your marriage license
  • (Upgrades are totally optional.)

8. What’s Not Included

Just to keep things clear about what’s NOT included without adding it on:

  • Rehearsals
  • Travel beyond 39 miles
  • Venue or permit fees
  • Photography/videography services

9. Entry Window

Giveaways run once per quarter and are open for 10 days only.
Entries received outside the window are automatically saved for the next giveaway.

10. Winner Selection

One winner is drawn at random after each 10-day window closes.
Winners will be notified by email, text or phone.

11. Who Can Enter

Couples getting married in 2026 (or within the next 12 months) at the time of the drawing.
No purchase necessary, ever.

12. Good Faith Clause

We reserve the right to withdraw or reschedule the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise (illness, emergency, acts of nature) — but we will always communicate with you and honor your win to the best of our ability.
