More Than the Minutes at the Altar
Your ceremony may last 15–25 minutes.
Creating it — and making sure those minutes feel effortless — begins long before your wedding day.
Our work includes preparation, ceremony planning, communication, professional delivery, early arrival and coordination on the wedding day, and the experience to confidently handle the unexpected.
And when you choose Elevate, you’re not simply hiring one person to show up and read a script.
You’re working with an established team with professional systems and backup support behind your ceremony.
The ceremony may only last a few minutes. The experience behind it is what makes those minutes matter.
Additional Services: We’re always happy to help when we can. Requests outside the scope of your selected ceremony package that require additional research, coordination, errands, shipping, or administrative time may incur an additional fee. We’ll always discuss any cost with you before proceeding.
About our Travel Fees
Colorado is a big state and the metro-Denver area is spread out. Venues that appear close together on a map can require significantly different amounts of travel time with weather, time of day, traffic, road construction, and mountain conditions having a significant impact.
Because Elevate’s officiants are located throughout Colorado, we use a territory-based system designed to provide transparent pricing for our couples while recognizing the time and travel required to serve different locations.
Whenever possible, we will match couples with an officiant who is already familiar with their area and can minimize travel costs. This system allows us to serve destinations across Colorado while remaining fair to both our couples and our officiants.
You may, however, select any available officiant.
Rates above do not include the Rehearsal Fees
In most weddings, the rehearsal is guided by the wedding planner, day-of coordinator, or venue team. The presence of your professional Elevate officiant is typically not necessary, but can be added to your package upon request.
Any final ceremony details can easily be reviewed with your Elevate officiant before the ceremony begins.
Marriage License Return Service: $40
We’ll securely return your completed marriage license to the appropriate county clerk via certified mail and provide you with a copy and tracking information for your records.

First-Class Support & Regular Check-Ins
Unlimited email and text access with our team — ask us anything, anytime. We’re here for you every step of the way. We reach out at least every 30 days leading up to your ceremony with reminders, inspiration, or next steps — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Professional Officiant
All of our officiants are legally ordained ministers and experienced public speakers — from clergy and actors to DJs and public speaking coaches — and are trained to deliver meaningful, memorable ceremonies.
Scriptwriting Expertise
Rest assured: your ceremony is crafted by a bestselling author in the wedding industry who knows how to tell love stories that move hearts.
🌎 Additional Travel Related Fees
Depending on your venue location and chosen officiant, travel fees may apply ranging from $25-$150 for venues within our primary service areas.
Any required parking, park entry, or access fees will be added to your quote when known. Examples: Rocky Mountain National Park admission, Paid venue parking, Resort access fees. All known fees will be included in your custom proposal; unknown fees should be taken care of in advance by the couple or paid in cash to the officiant on your event date.
(typically 200+ miles one way or when weather/timing requires) - Includes a hotel allowance of the greater of $300 or current market rate.
Depending on destination and potential weather conditions, a meal allowance of $25 per out-of-pocket meal may be added to your proposal (up to $75 per travel day).
