About our Travel Fees
Colorado is a big state and the metro-Denver area is spread out. Venues that appear close together on a map can require significantly different amounts of travel time with weather, time of day, traffic, road construction, and mountain conditions having a significant impact.
Because Elevate’s officiants are located throughout Colorado, we use a territory-based system designed to provide transparent pricing for our couples while recognizing the time and travel required to serve different locations.
Whenever possible, we will match couples with an officiant who is already familiar with their area and can minimize travel costs. This system allows us to serve destinations across Colorado while remaining fair to both our couples and our officiants.
