“Day Of” Coordinator is a total misnomer. A good one? They’ve been working for weeks—sometimes months—before your wedding day ever arrives.

Case in point: M & S’s summer wedding at Hudson Gardens in Littleton, CO on July 18, 2025.
We were honored to serve as both their officiant and coordination team. With three Elevate team members onsite (including me), we were working with a great vendor team and an amazing venue coordinator. But even with all that—things happened.
1:20 PM – While decorating the reception tables, the bartender realized a crucial non-alcoholic ingredient for the signature cocktail was missing.
I handed my assistant my credit card and said: go. We’ll handle everything else.
2:10 PM – The bartender asked about the wine, beer, and mixers.
The couple thought the caterer/bartender was bringing them. The caterer doesn’t provide the liquor, just the mixers. Miscommunication. My just-returned team member got a new shopping list and headed back out—again—with my card.
3:00 PM – The ceremony started right on time. Guests never knew a thing.
3:15 PM – The caterer was supposed to have drinks and appetizers waiting in a private room after the ceremony for the couple. They weren’t there. We sent a team member off to retrieve them immediately, no stress for the newlyweds.
And as the evening wrapped, we had the entire venue clean and cleared within 15 minutes of the final guest leaving. That’s the power of an experienced, team-based DOC.
But here’s the real success:
We received rave reviews from family and the wedding party—some of whom knew about the liquor run and were stunned at how smooth everything felt. “So seamless,” one bridesmaid said. “So calm, like nothing ever went wrong.”
That’s exactly what we aim for. The couple got to fully enjoy their wedding day without stress, without scrambling, and without ever leaving the venue.

That’s why we bring the kind of snacks the crew actually wants—sandwiches, chips, cookies, and flavored Red Bull. Fed vendors are happy vendors. And happy vendors make your day run better.
